Ordering and Minimums
Is there a minimum order quantity at GotApparel?

No minimums on blank orders — order a single piece or as many as you need. Custom decorated orders require a minimum of 6 pieces per style.
How do bulk pricing and discounts work?

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Blank styles can be ordered as single pieces at the standard unit price, letting you check fabric weight, color accuracy, and sizing before committing to a larger run.
Do I need a reseller permit or business license to order?

No. GotApparel sells to individuals, businesses, print shops, decorators, schools, and teams without requiring any permits or licenses. Florida-based buyers with a valid reseller permit can email their completed tax form to
support@gotapparel.com to remove sales tax from their account.
Do you offer net payment terms?

GotApparel processes all orders at time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Wire transfer and PayPal. Net terms are not available at this time.
Do you have a printed catalog?

No printed catalog — our full inventory of 8,500+ styles is searchable at
www.gotapparel.com with live inventory, pricing, and filtering by brand, size, color, and category.
Shipping and Delivery
Where does GotApparel ship from?

GotApparel ships from 23 fulfillment locations across the United States. Your order ships from the location closest to your delivery address to reduce transit time and shipping costs.
How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on orders over $199 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $199 start at $14.98, calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and
destination.
Do you offer same-day shipping?

Yes. Orders placed before 3pm EST for East Coast warehouse stock and 1pm PST for West Coast warehouse stock on any business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the
cutoff ship the next business day.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories?

Yes — to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands via USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping does not apply to these destinations.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. GotApparel ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. PayPal is the required payment method for
international orders.
How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. You can also check status anytime at order status using your invoice number and email address.
Can my order ship to multiple addresses?

Not within a single order. Each order ships to one address — place separate orders for each delivery destination.
Returns and Exchanges
What is GotApparel's return policy?

21-day return window from delivery date, no restocking fees. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags intact. Original shipping charges and return shipping
costs are non-refundable.
How do I start a return?

Visit
www.gotapparel.com/returnmodule/returnitem.aspx and enter your invoice number to request a Return Authorization number. All returns require an RA number before
shipping back — returns without one may be refused. RA number and instructions are emailed within one business day.
What items cannot be returned?

Clearance items, dropship orders, decorated or customized items, costumes, and intimate apparel are final sale — unless received damaged or incorrect. Contact
support@gotapparel.com within 21 days if your item arrives damaged or
wrong.
How long does a refund take?

Inspection takes 5 to 10 business days after we receive the package. Refunds process to your original payment card within 2 to 3 business days after inspection completes.
Do you offer exchanges?

GotApparel handles exchanges as a return plus new order — return the original item and place a new order simultaneously without waiting for your refund. Full instructions at

Can I cancel or change my order?

Call 1-866-847-8678 immediately — most orders ship same day and cancellations are not guaranteed once in the fulfillment queue. Decoration orders cannot be cancelled or
changed once placed under any circumstances.
Decoration and Customization
Do you offer screen printing, embroidery, and DTG?

What file format should I submit for decoration artwork?
+
Vector formats — AI, EPS, or PDF with embedded fonts — for all decoration methods. High-resolution PNG at 300dpi works for DTG. Email
decoration@gotapparel.com before ordering if you are unsure —
the team will confirm whether your file works before your order is placed.
What is the turnaround time for decorated orders?

Standard decoration takes 7 to 10 business days before dispatch. Rush orders complete in 3 to 5 business days at an additional charge. Call 1-866-217-1729 for
hard deadline orders before placing.
Can all products be decorated?

Most styles are decoration-compatible. Some brands — including
Under Armour — require decoration
as a condition of sale and cannot be purchased blank. Product pages note decoration requirements where applicable.

Are all products first quality?

Yes — GotApparel stocks first quality products only. No seconds, irregular, or cut-tag items.
Do garments shrink after washing?
+
Most products are pre-shrunk but will still shrink 4 to 8% depending on washing and drying method. Fabrics containing 5% or more synthetic fiber shrink less. Check the care
label before washing.
What is the difference between big sizing and tall sizing?

Big sizing adds width — a
wider chest and body for larger frames. Tall sizing adds length — typically 2 to 4 extra inches in the body and sleeves. Big and tall combines both. GotApparel carries LT through 6XLT on most big and tall styles.
Do you carry women's and youth sizes?

Yes. GotApparel carries
men's,
women's, youth,
girls,
boys, and infant sizing across most brand lines. Use the

Account, Payment and Security
Is it safe to order on GotApparel?

Yes. GotApparel uses
SSL encryption on all pages including checkout. Payment information is encrypted before transmission and never stored on our servers.

What payment methods are accepted?

Does GotApparel charge sales tax?

Sales tax applies to orders delivered within Florida only. Florida reseller permit holders can email their completed tax form to

Florida ship tax-free — buyers are responsible for applicable sales tax in their own state.
