Returns
- You can return or exchange your order within 21 days of receiving them.
- The Costumes, Intimates & Clearance items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for any reason. They are Final Sale items.
- Returns are not accepted without Return Authorization (RA). Please visit Return & Exchanges to request RA for your order.
- Altered or washed items are not acceptable.
- Inspection of returned items can take up to 5 - 10 business days.
For Returns, please follow these steps:
- Visit Return & Exchanges to request Return Authorization (RA) for full or partial order. Make sure you include your invoice number. Your RA along with return instructions will be sent to you via email by the next business day. If you have further queries, we will be glad to assist you.
- Write your RA number on the box and ship the package to one of our warehouses as specified in your instructions. Once done, just send us an email at support@gotapparel.com or give us a call toll free at 1-866-847-8678. We’re here to help and we’ll try our level best to respond to your request as quickly as possible.
- After processing, your money* will be credited to the credit card you used for purchase.
- * Shipping charges are not refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on.
The Products of Costumes & Clearance Items are also not eligible for return/exchange.
Following brands are not entitled for Returns: Bali, Duofold, Duofold By Champion, Flexees, Hanes, Hanes Ultimate, Hertex, Just My Size, L'eggs, Lilyette, Maidenform, Playtex, Beimar, Shaka Wear, StarTee and Costumes.
Drop ship items are non-refundable/exchangeable unless receive damage or incorrect. Drop ship items are final sales.
Embellished items are non-returnable and are final sales unless received damaged or stained. Decoration/Customize orders cannot be cancelled once it is placed.
Return Policy for International Orders:
We will issue refunds on International orders less shipping and handling. Return Shipping will be paid by the buyer.
For Exchanges:
- You need to Return, i.e. send us the items that you would like to be Exchanged and then place a new order while your Return is processed. No exchanges are accepted without RA.
- Before sending us the product(s) for exchange, request Return Authorization (RA) for full or partial order. One business day (usually less than 24 hours) is needed to email your RA number along with return instructions.
- Write that number on the box and ship the package through any delivery service as mentioned in the email.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item without any restocking fee. Shipping charge is non refundable.
- While we process your Return, you may place an order for the products you wanted to exchange (i.e. replace products that you just returned). We will appreciate if the credit card billing name/info is the same for both orders.

Order Cancellation or Modification:
As we process and ship your orders really quickly, we are unable to make changes to an order or cancellations once your order is placed. You can however, return or exchange your product if needed.
